It depends when you get there. The wait can be WAY too long, and they don't take appointments. It's also important that you shop online for prices on tires because they will match the hard copy you bring, WITH THE INTERNET ADDRESS ON THE SHEET = you HAVE to do that because otherwise you're not getting a great deal. Joe Warner is especially helpful when I was there. The manager (large man) seemed to be a grump and left Joe to handle too many people waiting. One HUGE issue is that they either don't answer the phone (because they're busy) or when you call, you get a tone instead of any kind of recording. 859-9294. It's very irresponsible and unprofessional, especially during the tire changeover season. Seems like they would want the business = huge moneymaker for them. I gave three starts instead of two only b/c they match lowest prices and because of Joe. Thanks.
