Mary Kirkpatrick is a well respected and dedicated lawyer who always ensures that her client's needs are addressed. Mary stays informed about her cases and is always prepared whether for meetings with her clients or in court before the judge. She has always made herself available to answer questions or concerns that I had. As Mary's client, I have always felt that my case was her priority. As is probably fairly common, my divorce was extremely painful and destroyed my family. Working with Mary felt as though someone was not only advocating for me and my interests but also constantly evaluating and addressing the impact negotiations could have on my teenaged children. Mary was tough in court and tough in negotiations. She firmly but gently helped me differentiate between emotional interests and financial ones. Not a small task when someone is in the throes of a contentious divorce from a 20 year marriage. She worked well with me and my family who wanted and needed to be involved.
