My husband and I have tried this location three times hoping each experience will be better than the last. Each time the customer service has been severely lacking. My husband and I like to come for the soft-serve ice cream. The first time, we were not treated kindly. The second time, we were treated like we were wasting the employee's time (and were given very lopsided creemees!), and tonight we were ignored while waiting at the counter before we were turned away without ice cream! We are done trying with this store!
