Went in to get a gel manicure with tips. There is only two people working there (a married couple) which are slow. I was expected a manicure with gel but only received a gel with tips instead. It took over an hour and at the end I had to tell her to neaten up by trimming around my cuticles, cleaning the nail polish and gel around my finger etc.. I was disappointed in the service. It was not a relaxing atmosphere as I liked at a nail salon. In the end when I was ready to pay it ended up costing $45!!! At first it was suppose to be $37 so I asked why extra and he says because I used gel polish and not regular opi polish! I was annoyed that he didn't say that upfront or post it and on top of that who doesn't use gel polish with a gel manicure?!
