Great staff. The finest quality Vermont meats and cheese (McKenzie + Cabot), great drink selection with many local beers and wines, much cleaner than previous owners as well, overall excellent place.

Have been a patron since the opening. Sandwiches have always been delicious and massive. Since some new hiring of workers, finding the sandwiches are getting smaller.

Ho hum, another basic deli in town with the same products you get at most convenience stores. We need a NY style deli with top quality meats and rolls...

What a convenient location for commuters. Its so nice to see all the local VT made products like Mckenzie and Cabot along with Fassets Bakery Bread they use on the sandwiches. Does my heart well to see all the local VT made Beers made with Vt ingredients and hops and grains. Very friendly staff right down to the pan handlers sitting on the sidewalks. Only thing missing is gas, but Im sure theyll be getting that soon, according to one worker I spoke with. Very clean and well lit, even at night with all the reach in soda coolers. Quite an array of wine also. I even found my favorite at a great price. I dont think I ve ever seen Ripple that cheap! Going back for more of that tasty Hebrew National hot dog next time. Oh wait, that was at the other place, sorry.

As an airport worker and on limited break time, there was little choice for us to purchase our meals. Since the Aviation Deli came into town, life is good!!! Their food is top of the line, reasonably priced, impeccably clean facility and a most friendly staff. I will even go to the Deli when I am not working, as they have wonderful specials. The Mahoney's have done a terrific job. Keep up the good work!!!

The person who reviewed on April 4th with 1-star is clearly drunk off sandwich meats- more than likely Capicola. Representing the thirty youth of Burlington, not to mention one who goes out to eat 10/14 meals a week, I can say this place runs the block. While dishing out Prime Rib and Turkey dinners at low cost, constructing sandwiches fit for a King with the best sub-bread around, $1.99 breakfast sandwiches daily, they enjoy serving each customer. Did I forget to mention while my Turkey Bacon Sandy was being made I got to watch the Celtics beat up the Knicks in HD?...Hey April 4th, sorry you missed your flight back to New Jersey, don't come back ;)

Some of the best food to go....love this place great people
