Tech Brian after having disparaging words for his co-worker George, no showed and subsequent calls to the tech and the office went unreturned. Complete lack of professionalism.

I had Value Rooter at my house with tech Jeff. He was amazing! He saved me thousands of dollars. I had 2 other companies at my house and couldn't fix the problem. Jeff was here for an hour and solved and fixed it. Thank you Jeff, your an asset to the company.

I was so glad MR ROOTER could not fix my problem and I had to call VALUE ROOTER they are twice the company at half the cost. calling VALUE ROOTER was the best decision I have made in awhile.
