Emailed the papers stating my debt was paid in full.
Went to court anyway and is gonna garnish me.
I had no knowledge of a court date. I paid an average of 72 dollars a week,sometimes more. For over 6 years on a 10,000 debt. Twice. I'm gonna counter sew for lost wages and 20,000 +. Do the math. I over paid. ALOT!

Law breaking collection agency that called my phone for a debt that does not exist. We are debt-free and had our bankruptcy fully paid and discharged at the beginning of this year. That makes them in violation of several federal laws. They also illegally spoof phone numbers via VOIP. Criminals and thugs that need to be shut down. I plan to pursue a federal-level lawsuit against them if they contact me again.
