Personnel Partners is a staffing agency that is different than the rest. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I submitted my resume to Personnel Partners. They called me in for a face to face interview. Everything went well and I took the assessment tests on the computer and did well. Personnel Partners sent over my info to a company looking to fill a position, and the company was interested in me so Personnel Partners set up the interview. I interviewed with the company and was offered the position. Personnel Partners set me up with an employer I otherwise wouldn't have been able to connect with. Melissa, the woman I worked with, was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole process took less than a month. I couldn't recommend them enough.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!! I was called the week of 7-15-2015 by Charlotte from an Elkhart number. Charlotte told me her company was a third party company contacted by an employer that received my resume and wanted them to have an interview with me (I believed this third party company of Personnel Partners was just part of the hiring phase - if they liked me then they would recommend me to that company). Charlotte didn't know which job it was that I applied for that the company liked (thought that was odd), but Melissa at the South Bend location would interview me. I showed up to the interview on 7-22-15 and was told I would not be given the job I applied to because I did not have experience, but she told me they could help find me a job through their staffing agency. This was a BAIT AND SWITCH technique. I was lied to at the beginning by being told the company I applied to liked my resume and wanted an interview. I should have been told over the phone that the company was actually not even interested in me as a possible candidate and then asked if I would be interested in their services.

I went to apply for possible openings at South Bend location, when I walked in front desk lady was having a chat with other staff and I had to wait until they finished their conversation until she helped me. She then looked at me and I had to tell her I was looking for a job. She preceded to tell me, I can't apply without a resume, why would she assume I didn't have a resume, anyway I did. I filled out the application and handed it to her, she didn't say anything so then I asked her what would happen next, acting bothered, she said I can check website for jobs. Really, wow. What happened to customer service?

I went in to take a test, a woman who works there turned her radio up and started singing at the top of her lungs. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The secretary Beverly even had to yell at her to tell her she had a phone call. Needless to say my test scores were low. I don't count on them placing me anywhere. Highly disappointed!!

They helped me get a job!

The staff at Personnel Partners is amazing! They're all very kind and helpful. The interviewer was great and the skill tests were fun and interesting. The best thing is that they were able to connect me with a job in less than a month and I'm still working and very pleased!
