I' ve been going there for over 15 years. Mike and Jim have always been helpful. When it's something small, they tell me and fix it, not charging for something larger. Reasonable and honest. Great to find these days in a garage! The fact that I have continued to go there for over 15 years says it all.Sue

If I could give less than a star, I would. Had a 7:30 appointment to have a diagnostic check run on my car. I was going out of town for the weekend & my check engine and low engine coolant lights were coming on. I start work at 9am. The first mechanic showed up at 7:40, but he didn't have keys. The person with the keys showed up at 8:30 and said they could give me a ride to work, but I'd have to find my own way back. My work is less than 5 mins. away, and there was no one available to get a ride back. They told me I could come in the next morning at 7:30, and I said that's fine, but they should offer a reduced labor cost to compensate for wasting over an hour of my morning. They said that wasn't happening and that I'd either come in the next morning or I wouldn't. The choice is mine. Astonishingly poor customer service and the inability to keep appointments makes for a bad combination with an auto shop.
