I took my vehicle to him because I could not open my car door from the inside and the window kept getting stuck trying to roll it down. Issac kept my car for over 8 hours while I wandered around South Beach. When he was done he had removed a part from my door and attached a black zip tie to it so I could lock my door. I paid him cash as he said he did not take credit cards and I did not get a receipt. I gave him another $50.00 for the part and labor to finish fixing the door and left and went home. On the way home I stopped and tried to shut the door and it was still not level and dropped down down about 1/2 inch. My window did not open either. I called him a week later asking about the part and he said he was having a hard time finding it. I waited anther 2 weeks and called him and same story finally after calling him again he stopped answering my calls. He did not fix my door properly and kept the $50.00 for the part I found within one hour online and it was cheap too. So, he ripped me off and still has my $50 for a part . If someone was honest they would have given me my $50 back and fixed the door properly. I had the same problem years ago and it took one hour to fix my door not 8 and it cost me $80 including the parts and labor. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and noticed there was another complaint about poor workmanship and that he too was ripped off. I am on social security and my car is old and Issac knew I did not have a lot of money so that would make him a preditor.
