Bought 50 pretzels, at least 30 were dark brown and extremely overbaked and no longer soft.. Mentioned it to salesperson who seemed very displeased to be told and did not acknowledge my remarks or offer to remedy the situation. May never order from this store again.

The pretzels were wonderful and fresh, however the woman behind the counter seemed none to pleased to be there. My daughter has a milk allergy an the young lady that served us made us feel like we were bothering her.

What's not to like ... great pretzels! Good price - YUM
