Did clean out the house and garage-in more ways than one. Wedding bands missing, new light fixture taken right off of ceiling, things like hoses, various odds and ends missing. Neighbors saw him take large and small things in his truck late in the night. Said he donated it to a thrift store. He has a thrift store in sonora. Doors left unlocked with no one there on more than one occasion. After a 3 day weekend estate sale, said only made $2400 for all of my parents belongings.with a 50/50 split, that left me $1200
