we used the auto wash bay on Monday and it broke our windshield.

we made a police report and walked next door to talk to the owner. we were told this has happened to other cars before us and the owner, whos wife was standing beside the young lady speaking to us, told us he (Ken) would call us. we have waited two days and no one has called us. I called Overall Lumber and left a message asking Ken to return my call. He has not returned my call as of Wednesday.
