I have not yet moved to Fayette county. We move next month. I called this morning to get information about how they determine the deposit and how far in advance I need to come in and I have never felt like I've ncovienced someone so much in my life. EXTREMELY RUDE and talked to me like I was an idiot for every question I asked. There was a pause and then a very short sarcastic answer to follow.I have heard their call out service is good but the people answering the phone need some serious customer service training.

Well it was last year in September when I had over 50 people at my house for my granddaughters birthday when the power went out. We called Chickasaw and within 15 minutes a bucket truck pulled up and the trouble man said the transformer was bad. 10 minutes later another pick up pulled up with a transformer 10 minutes later my electric was back on. If you think that was bad you need to move back to Shelby county.

I'D GIVE THEM A ZERO FOR THEIR...

I'D GIVE THEM A ZERO FOR THEIR POWER QUALITY AND DEPENDABILITY, BUT THEIR CREWS DESERVE AT LEAST ONE STAR.

its terrible

I agree, when I worked in Oakland and had to pay the bill for my boss sometimes, they were always rude...and that was in person and I was giving them money, no questions, or anything... that whole place needs new employees. Having a job is a privaledge and gift from God. You should be thankful that you are able to work! You should go above and beyond your duties as an employee, if you don't like that job, find one you do. No need to make EVERYONE suffer because you are too lazy to look for another job or just do the one you have without making everyone miserable! Thank ya:)
