I had a similar experience. A piece of my shower door metalwork came off and Nelson did not show up for the appointment 2 times in a row. And he never called to say he was not coming. After that he disappeared completely - - - his business does not answer the phone or return calls. The man has ZERO integrity and seems to only care about his big business commercial clients.
STAY AWAY from this contractor!!!!!!!

My landlord hired this company to install and replace my windows of my business in July 2017. Nelson finally came to install the windows and frames in August. He measured the window frame incorrectly and broke off the wood trim inside my bay window to make the frame fit! Didn’t seal the window frames which left a gap where air comes through, as well as rain and wets the waiting area. He said he’d be back in a week to finish the details and NEVER came back. It is now APRIL 20, 2018. We still have the gap and the wood he broke has not been replaced. He was even supposed to come today and never called to give explanation, just didn’t show up. Landlord called Him and he said he didn’t show up because he was in traffic. I spoke to him back in February extremely upset and he told me he was behind 3 jobs but assured me he’d be in that weekend. Never showed up, never called to apologize. Nelson is unprofessional and unreliable. I’m in shock and cannot believe this person is in business. He has no integrity.
