My parents have been going to Central Park Vet with all of our animals for as long as I remember. About 10 years ago I adopted two kittens. They've been going to Central park vets since. Last year, very suddenly and without warning one of my cats became ill. When the choice was made to have to have her euthanized, not only did the vets stay open late, so the process wouldn't have to wait till the next day, but the office staff and vet allowed my sister to come over and be with me during the difficult time. It was such a difficult time, but the staff was nothing but supportive and loving to my cat and me. A week later I got a card telling me that the staff was thinking of me during that time, and it was signed by each of them.

Central Park vet clinic has cared for two of our dogs over 34 years (my parents dogs- and our family pets) as well as three cats. My brother, sisters and I all now have dogs and cats and we take them all here as well.

Thank you CPV for being supportive, caring, and loving to our pets as much as we are. I would suggest and have suggested this business time and time again.

I recently had to make the most difficult decision all animal lovers do...end the pain and suffering of a beloved pet whose quality of life would not improve.

Despite the wretching pain in this decision, I felt comfortable and appreciated the compassion I and my kittie received by Dr. Matt Robbins and their great staff.

There are no right moments...however Dr. Matt did not rush me in my decision. I am sure it was difficult for him to do as he also lost his beloved dog the day before.

I feel I made the best decision for my sweel Lillianna and am glad that I did not wait until the suffering intensified. For me, the pain would be added to guilt that I kept her alive only for my interests and not hers. Our animals are our closest friends who provide us with unconditional love. I thank Central Park for their concern, understanding and support.
