Provided by YP.comFailed Nerve Stimulator procedure w/ out follow-up. Rude front office staff. They treat Chronic Pain patients like drug addicts. Can not manage pain with multiple prescription errors. Avoid unless you want to be treated like a drug addict and don't mind having extra pain.
