We have been going to this restaurant for many many years. They recently changed management to Sullivan's and we have been very impressed with the changes. We ordered take out today and it was absolutely perfect. All of the food was not only put into containers but wrapped in plastic so it wouldn't leak. The hot open turkey was fantastic with a nice portion of shredded hot turkey breast. The gravy had excellent flavor and clearly homemade. We also got the wings which were cooked just right.

We will keep coming back for a long time to come!

I wasn’t surprised at all to see other negative reviews here. Never have I eaten at a restaurant and not left a tip until my visit to Sullivan’s. What a disappointment! The food was unsatisfactory and the service was down right lowsy. I’ll never set foot in that place again!

I self, my wife and two of our friends went there on July 14th 2018 at about 5 PM . The waitress brought our drinks fairly quickly and things went downhill from there. When she came back we asked what were the soups of the day she can't remember all of them and said she had a brain freeze, but never said she would go check on the soups. Brought the salads on time took our order for food and didn't come back for over 30 min. When she finally comes back says they are very busy and the food should be out soon. We talked to the people sitting in a booth close to us and they were also not happy with their food. Our food finally came. I ordered prime rib medium rare and got medium well. My wife ordered crab cakes, got two that looked like they had been run over by a truck as they were so flat. She could not eat them because they were so salty. My buddy got a ribeye steak which he ordered medium well and got a medium rare. His wife ordered a prime rib and it also wasn't cooked the way she ordered it. All four meals were barely warm boarding on cold. Our bead for the meals came about a half hour after the waitress brought the meals. We asked to speak to the manager and our waitress sent a different waitress came over and ask what we wanted, we explained about our meals, to our conversion with she says she can't do anything and she'll get the manager. Wait a minute that's who we asked for to start with. Finally, our waitress says the manager is tending bar and is too busy to speak to us but the check for our meals would be voided. NEVER an apology for anything. All four of us left and will never go back.

Took 2 hours to get our food order and then it was lousy and cold. Server was inept, didn't know what all the soups of the day were took forever to bring parts of our order to the table. Noone at our table could finish the swill they served us. Upon asking to see the manager, we were told he was too busy to talk to us. Will never go there again,

Waited 10 minutes in a half full dining room just to be told that we'd need to wait 45 minutes more simply to be seated...... one server looked like a scared deer and the other wasn't very nice[and I could be way more descriptive]..... our previous experiences when it was laurel mtn inn were all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, it would have been great except that the food was burned, the service sucked and the prices were high. Other than that, everything was perfect.
