Do NOT get your taxes done here! A secretary by the name of Michelle Moorcroft, passed herself off as an accountant and REALLY messed up my taxes by filling out that I made $10,000 less than I did. When I told her, she said it was an easy fix with an addendum. Well, she lied through her teeth and never did one. I went to H and R block and spoke to the manager, Wanda, who took the information including the exchnge of texts b/w MOORCROFT and I regarding the situation. Wanda assured me the owners would contact me and they never did. I called there mutiple times and the owners refuse to call me back. Great way to run a bussiness! In the meantime, interest has now accrued and I now owe $1,077.
