My wife had her hair done here for our sons wedding and she was very happy and received several compliments

My bridal party and I had our hair and make-up done here and I'd say the experience was ok. The workers were so nice but I was not satisfied with the quality of their work. All my girls had up dos and none of them held for the night. My hair held but it was down. My make up was terrible and I hate a lot of my pictures because of it. It really makes me sad because you only get one day and I felt like I looked ok and not beautiful.

I booked this salon for my wedding, they agreed to come to my venue for a small charge, they quoted me prices for my hair up-do as well as my bridesmaids. They also quoted me a price for my trail run. When I went to my trial, the stylist was quick and didnt even ask me if I had thoughts opinions or pictures of what I liked my hair to look like. She completed my hair, and continued to say that "it will be better on the wedding day" I paid for my service, as discussed, and asked for a balance of payment. At this time, I was told that my wedding day would cost $20 more than I was orginally quoted. I spoke with the manager Wendy, and she quickly changed the price back to what I was orginally quoted. Upon leaving, I realized that I was charged more for my trail appointment than I was quoted. They did refund me the difference with no troubles. A week later I received a wedding contract in the mail, and in this contract there was extra travel costs that were not orginally discussed. When I contacted the salon and spoke with the manager, she told me that she would need to speak with the stylist about this, and that there was nothing she could do. I then canceld my appointment, and with 26 days was faced with finding a new salon. Well, I did, and they were less expensive and more friendly.
