They gave me several options for locks for my business and didn't try to "sell" me anything, but only gave me selections to make up my own mind. I like their written estimates and that they stick to the original price and there are no hidden costs. Whenever I have called them they have come right on out and changed my locks or made me new keys and I never waited very long for service either. Also, they call you right back if you leave a message even if they are busy, The wife answering the phone is nice and gives good answers to questions too. The one who came out was clean cut and polite and got finished a lot faster than I had thought he would. I also like it that they give churches a discount because we need all the help we can get! Nice honest people.
