davidson plumbing & heating originally agreed to work on kitchen renovation with a flat-rate of $550.00 and took it upon himself to make additional changes without prior approval or written/verbal contract and then submitted a bill for $2450.00-a 445% excessive charge!! Herb Davidson quickly cashed a check marked Paid-in-full and then threatened to sue or place a mechanics lien on the property..Buyer be ware.
