Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Left my own balloons to be blown up for my daughter party. I left several latex and a “”1” and “0” gold mylar balloons in 42” a piece. When I picked up my balloons they switched out my 42” for 31” and thought I wouldn’t notice! How would I not notice a 11” difference! When I confronted them about it, they denied it and asked why would they do it? Well, because you charged me almost $15 to blow them up. Why not use less helium and be able to resale them at about $23 a piece! I know for sure that they were 42” because I ordered them myself online and took them out the pack before I gave it to them to see how big they were for myself. They were 42”, almost as tall as my daughter, the ones they handed me were 31”. I measured them with a tape measure! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE HOT HONEST!
