A marine surveyor and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the boating industry. Mike Previti handles marine consulting, surveys, and legal testimony. He does inspections, value and condition surveys, and more. I remember how it was when I started boatinga small inexpensive boat, having a multitude of problems. I didn't have much guidance and proceeded to do many things the wrong way and waste money and time, but that was part of my learning process in the 70s. Having had several boats, wood and fiberglass, power and sail, up to 40 feet, as well as my valuable past boatyard and surveying experience, I strive to help others avoid the pitfalls and wasteful expense. Boating is a daily occurrence, inland or offshore. Throughout this website, you will find a few sample surveys, pictures of vessels I've personally evaluated and an article or two, as well as information you may find interested as you consider engaging the services of a marine surveyor and consultant.
