Only mowed our lawn a couple of times, but we started noticing a few brown spots. Spoke with them about it and were told It could be an army worm infestation. He told us he would research it, and call us back to let us know what he needed to do. After 3 days went by, our lawn was being destroyed by army worms and we could actually see them! I emailed them called them and left voice messages, and even sent text messages. The only time the call was returned was when I emailed them that we were going to cancel our service with them. In one week, our beautiful, lush fescue grass was destroyed, and we had a yard full of weeds! He didn’t even come by to check on our yard. Even with that, we were billed for 2 service calls totaling $416 dollars! Worst mistake we’ve ever made, and will end up costing us THOUSANDS to redo our lawn.
