AVOID AT ALL COSTS....I want to rate this company no stars but it wont let me....a minus would be more like it! I took my truck in for oil change before long trip to Yellowstone and ended up stopping in Montana due warning light coming on and engine overheating. Once at shop in Montana they said our oil filter was never changed during the oil change and it looked extremely old and that pieces had broken off and went in the oil. The bill was $167 not to mention time taken away from vacation and the overall stress....now the company says I didn't follow warranty by calling them immediately and having vehicle towed to their shop....I WAS IN MONTANA!. their response, "well we could have sent someone out"...again IM IN MONTANA on vacation. Now they are also accusing me of lying and that there is no way that was oil filter they put in.....I am now in process of filing court papers to get my money.....don't ever go here! the Executive Manager from Everett (Ron) proceeded to yell at my husband on the phone and calling him a liar.

UPDATE: yesterday (7/12/14) we received a call from the OWNER of the company. He was appalled with the service we received and requested to meet up with my husband to reimburse our cost for repair service we incurred in Montana. My husband met up with the owner (Ken) and not only did he cut us a check for the full $167.95 but he offered 2 gift certificates for a coffee shop as his apology. I wish he would have been put in the loop from the beginning (owner advised he had been out of town). Although I will not be going to this location any longer I am happy that someone with authority stepped in and resolved the issue.

We took our truck in for a transmission flush and the next day we only had 1st gear. We took the truck back to the xpress lube and they told us to take it down the street to a transmission shop. The transmission shop said we would have to pay $2,500 to tear the transmission apart to determine what caused the problem. If they determined the problem was due to maintence I would have to pay and if they determined it was caused by the express lube then the xpress lube would pay. I had the truck towed to another transmission shop and the owner of the shop determined that the problem was that the expess lube did not put enough transmission fluid in after they took the old transmission fluid out. He filled it properly and the other gears are working. He said that driving with low transmission fluild will cause damage to the transmission and it probably took some life away from the transmission. The owner of the xpress lube called his insurance company and they told me the same thing. They will not do anything until I pay to have the transmission tore apart and if it is a maintance issue, they will not do anything. Well driving with low transmission fluid is a maintence issue so I would have to pay either way. I called the owner at the Xpress Lube to tell him that the problem was that his tech did not fill the fluid correctly and before I could say anything he told me to call his insurance company and hung up on me.

This shop has inexperenced tech's and a rude and unprofessional owner. I guess all the owner is interested in is getting your money and sending you on your way. Please beware that you will be taking a great risk having work done on your car at this business.
