I cannot begin to express how satisfied I am with the quality of the work performed by these guys. We presented to them one of the worst carpets they had ever seen and their finished product exceeded even my highest expectations. If you are in need of carpet cleaning and want someone who is going to give you an honest assessment and perform the work as if they were doing it in their own home these are the guys to call.

I have used your services for about 7 years now. Never have had one issue or been unhappy. You guys do great work and your always a blast to be around!

I can’t say enough about B-Happy! I’ve used them, for years, to clean my home and office carpets. Recently I walked into the office on a Monday morning only to discover that the floor and walls were soaked with water, I knew exactly who to call. Bill and Billie came out and took care of everything. I highly recommend them; you won’t be disappointed!

When I bought my home I was surprised to see the condition of the carpet as I moved in. It was very dirty. There was every kind of stain from pet to Kool-aid. There was also a cat odor. I told Bill and Billy to do what ever they needed to clean it and I left for a couple of hours. I wasn't expecting miracles, I just wanted clean sanitary carpets. When I came back I was shocked to say the least. It didn't look like the same carpet. The Kool-aid and pet stains were gone along with the odors. Needless to say I will have them back for my regular maintenance and recommend them to anyone that needs their carpets upholstery or tiles cleaned. Definitely an A-1 company!!

I have been fostering dogs for a few years now and my poor carpet has gotten the brunt of it, thank you for getting my pet stains out! Looks like new again.Autumn

I have used B-Happy for several years now and I have always been extremely happy with their work. Their service is always prompt and friendly. I am amazed on how good the carpet looks when they are finished. It always looks brand new. I highly recommend B-Happy. Way to go Bill and Billie!!

I wanted to write a review to express how happy I was with B Happy Carpets. The came out yesterday to clean my tile in my kitchen and in two of my bathrooms. We just moved and I didn't realize how bad things were until I tried to clean the tile myself. It's hard to get everything moved in and look nice when things are so dirty! B Happy carpets came out and did a fabulous job! They were extremely kind and professional and it was nice that the actual owner came out and did the job. Most places just even being able to talk to an owner can be feat. Anyway, My tile looks just great and it was worth every penny. There is a definite difference from using comet or some type of cleaning solvent and having an actual professional do the job. I applause their work! Thanks again. Sincerely, Mary Anthony

I had family coming into town unexpectedly and needed to clean my carpets asap. I had called around and decided on B-Happy Carpets because the person that answered actually made me feel important. I let her know that my family was coming in to town from Maine and I wanted things to look really good. They juggled their schedule around for me and had two guys out within 2 hours. They were very professional, kind and went right to work. I didn't realize how bad my carpets were until they were done. My carpets look brand new! I had told my husband that we were having our carpets done and I figured he assumed that meant getting cleaned. When he got home, he was shocked and said How did we afford these new carpets!! I am very pleased with B happy and would have them back any day and refer them any day. Thanks again!

The guys at B-Happy cleaned an upholstered chair for me this morning and it looks new again. It's a cream color, but after years of sitting by the fireplace it looked more like gray with soot. Thanks, guys. Great customer service.
