I spent a very long time there yesterday looking for a Spring Formal for my 15 year old daughter. We were very pleased with the service! After we thought we had exhausted all possibilities the salesperson searched and searched and found many more dresses to try on. We will definitely be back when we need a formal dress again!

This is the worst experience with customer service I have ever had! Donna is the most rude person I have ever had an encounter with. The fact that she is in charge and works with customers is a joke. I left 3 dresses there last year and when I did she told me not to call her for 3 months and that when I did call I "was not allowed to speak to anyone else" because they didn’t know anything about keeping the money straight. She also said that her mother was ill and she would be gone a lot so if I called and was not there do not leave a message because "she did not care enough about the place to check in and she would get to it when she got to it." That should have been my red flag but I left them there anyway. About 5 months later we called to check on them and she said I had to leave them there at least 6 months per the contract I signed. When we called back this week she said I had to leave them there 1 year per the contract. When told she had said 6 months not 1 year, she got an attitude and was so RUDE. Finally she allowed us to pick up the dresses but a word to the wise, DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! IT IS AMAZING THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUISSNESS WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!
