Company scheduled by home warranty company. I called the day before to confirm appointment. They did not arrive during appt time, called and was informed they would check with tech, no call. Called a second time and was informed they called and I didn’t answer so they skipped me. I was home entire time and I received no calls from anyone that day. Very disappointed at the lack of follow up and no show. I realize they are quite a distance from me, but if they didn’t want to come they should Have let me know. I had been waiting 5 days for some help, unable to use kitchen sink or do laundry!
