Very unprofessional and they don't follow court orders. If you have your child there for supervise visits be aware that your child is left with the other parent unsupervised and they have a person name Bobby who is mentally delayed do the supervised visits even though he shouldn't be and he cannot not speak. Mary hates women/ mothers. Mary Hickey degrades, belittle, insult, and is cruel to mothers. Allen whom is Mary's husband is rude and is a lair. Mary writes reports for the court filled with lies. Mothers should get together to get this place close down. This place is dirty and nasty have stains on the floor and trash and this is the place our children are in. They do not respect the court orders or respect restraining orders. In fact they said they do not have to follow court orders. They will disclose your personal information to the other parent even if you have a restraining order. Run as far away from this place as humanly possible.

Very bias, unprofessional, rude, and they do not follow court orders. Mary who is the coordinator hates women and the reports she writes for the court will reflects that she hates mothers which are filled with lies. Allen whom is Mary's husband told my daugther "Can I play with you with your shirt up today" while trying to remove my daugther clothes while in the present of another man who has supervised visits. Please report everything Mary and her Husband Allen do to the court. this place need to be closed down.

The supervisor of this agency is very unprofessional. On my very first visit there to sign paperwork I met Mary Hickey the Supervisor who is a Master Social Worker. She conducts business with biased judgement. They don't go over anything you are signing /agreeing to, when you do question their rules and regulations and or policies and procedures. Or the copies of the paperwork that you are signing in a binding agreement that you have received and the staff went over with you, she gave me attitude and was very rude. I asked for the copies of the paperwork that I signed and she was upset with me for even asking! It's my right first of all to get copies of the contact that they are forcing me to agree with, second it states they provided me with the copies of the rules.. (which they didn't, because she she she was out of ink, she told me to google the laws) then as I'm sitting there reading the contact, she is sitting with another parent getting into their personal business with the other parent. Giving him advice on how to take away parental custody from the mother. How she isn't a good parent anyways and how to go about doing it. Tells him how the visits are going with the mom and child all right in front of me! NOTHING REMAINS CONFIDENTIAL, she talks about you right in front of other clients. I had to call off a visit because my special needs child was ill and need to be taken to the emergency room, I was told I was going to be dropped from the program because you are only allowed 3 call off's ( mind you it was only my second time calling off,) if I was to actually continue with calling off the visit. At that point I was letting her know the situation. I informed her that my special needs child needed to be seen at the end. She was extremely rude to me on the phone. She continued to raise her voice to me like I was a child or a negligent parent for missing a visit due to my other child er visit. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! The good thing that comes out of that place is being able to see your child. There are a few other workers there that are awesome and very professional, Maria and Ariel. If it wasn't for the two of them constantly apologizing for Mary's rude behavior towards her clients I don't think anyone would continue after the very first meeting!! I refuse to be disrespected by the supervisor as I am dropping their services immediately! I will be following up with complaints to the BBB, LMFT accreditation board, CA licensing board, CA department Human Services Board, and San Bernardino County Superior Court Family Law Division, and Family Court Services who appointed me to go there in the first place!

Another thing, the review above mine is 100 percent correct. They don't actually supervise the visit, even though it's court mandated that they do. They fall asleep watching the children, they yell at the parents in front of the children. They do watch there grandchildren there when they are supposed to be supervising the court ordered visits and they have a special needs Adult there with them at all times that they have to watch when they are supposed to be supervising your children to make sure they are not harmed!!!

Giving one star is a complement, because they do not deserve any kind of credit. They need to be shut down till new management can come in and resolve the issues that have lead to so many parents not getting their children back because of biased opinions and recommendations made from the supervisor.

Horrible agency, rude, unprofessional, breaks confidentiality. Mary Hickey brings her grandson and babysits while she is supposed to monitor visits. Children get left unattended, with supervised visitation this is not safe! Beyond disappointed 1 star is way to many for this agency.

Great place! Non judgemental,compassionate . Very understanding. Above and beyond to offer help. Amazing experience helped me through worst period of my life.
