Very professional . Everyone is very nice and explains everything clearly.

Love bringing my dog here. She isn't the easier to handle and they take great care of her while she is here. The customer service here is superb, will recommend this place every time someone asks for a new vet.

This is by far the best vet care facility in Rutherford county! I have been bringing by dog here for years and they always make sure my Hank is never stressed and want the very best for him.

Premier has always taken care of my pets. The staff is helpful and the doctors always explain treatments before they are done and help to make my babies feel comfortable.

They are the only vet in the area that I trust with my pets. They have plenty of rooms to take care of the animals too.

The front desk staff is friendly to all the pets and people. The medical staff listens to my concerns.

It was recommended that Chloe have a tooth pulled as it was showing signs of receding around the gum and the dr advised removing it before the canine tooth is affected. I dropped her off and went over the paperwork with the young man. Specifically initialling for someone to call me if anything other than ONE tooth was to be pulled. I get a call around lunch stating that Chloe is awake and will be ready to pick up at 4pm. Then I was told they pulled THREE teeth. THREE. Not one. I'm sorry. But WHAT? I was in a shock and called my husband. He was told by the office staff that the initial cost of removal covers up to 3 teeth. They didn't seem to understand the issue was pulling Chloe's teeth WITHOUT my permission. I never received an apology. No "Sorry your dog doesn't have front teeth now". Nothing. We will never be returning to this clinic and will continue to spread the word to our friends and family how Premiere Vet is operating.

Every business has to make money, but that's not what Premiere Vetcare is about at all. They actually care for you and your pet. I only wish I could have brought them with me once I moved out of state!

The front desk staff is friendly to humans and the animals. I feel very comfortable bringing my pets here and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The service is great.

Great personnel, knowledgeable and good with your pet. They give excellent care at Premier VetCare. I would never go anywhere else.

I have already recommended Premier VetCare to friends and family because of their caring, knowledgeable veterinarians and staff. When it comes to your sick pet, don't trust anyone else with their care.

This vet clinic is fantastic and I highly recommend them! All of the staff and vets listen and care about my pets. I've been going here since they opened. Yes, they are busy. They are busy because so many people love them and know they are getting the best of care. Many times emergencies come in or other sick pets come in as walk-ins and they do their best to meet everyone's needs. I've been fortunate that I haven't needed ER care for my pets, but have seen how they've handled it when they do come in and would want the same attention if it were my pet. There's no need for these other people to get so ugly about things. Everyone's time is valuable and I've been at this clinic enough to know so are the vets and staff, and they do all they can to keep up while still giving fantastic, compassionate care. They are top rate folks with a great Christian attitude. They will always be honest with you and work within your budget--just let them know what you need--they will do everything they can in the best interest of your pet and your needs.

If you have nothing better to do then wait a minimum of 1 hour and be glad its not 1.5 hours then go here. The prices seem to go up every time I go there also. Must be that nice building they built. For what they have to offer they are way too slow and over priced. I would not recommend to anyone.

I went to Premier for several years. The only positive is that it is one of the cheaper vets in the area and that was initially important to me because I volunteer for animal rescues and am frequently at the vet's office. In the past few years, I've spent a lot of money at this vet. The practice was MUCH better before it expanded to the new location, now, it's more like a zoo. It's busy, loud, and unorganized. I've never waited less than an hour to see a doctor when I had a scheduled appointment. At one point, I had waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen while Dr. Honey showed off his bow & arrow to the other staff members in the back. It was extremely disheartening to know that my time and my pet's care wasn't valued. Also, their front office staff have no prior experience and aren't trained well to do their job. If you call, you're placed on hold forever. You practically have to do cartwheels right in front of the staff (especially Brittany) to even get them to acknowledge you. They have also, on two different occasions, charged me for someone else's visit because they didn't confirm who I was or who my pet was prior to check out. (That was a nightmare to straighten out). I guess the point is, you get what you pay for, which isn't much. After Premiere insulted me publicly on their facebook page for my political beliefs, I decided that was the last straw and I'll be going elsewhere for vet care, regardless of price, because there is no excuse for treating someone poorly.

I took my cat to Premier Vet Hospital a few weeks ago because the vet I usually use is not open on Mondays and she was pretty sick. The staff at the counter were nice. Yes, this vet is busy and it is noisy........... but it is a large high volume vet hospital with four or five doctors. One cant expect it to be a library. The vet spoke with me on the phone for a rather lengthy time and we discussed many options and “what ifs” instead of the in and out your just a number we unfortunately are accustomed to these days. Sadly my cat had cancer and could not be saved. The staff at the hospital made a little cement headstone/marker and sent a sympathy card that was signed by many. That was VERY VERY much appreciated. If and when I acquire another animal I will certainly use this veterinarian clinic/hospital.
