Did not have my wallet told them do not fix it because I did not have my wallet, they said thats alright they would complement it for me I was shocked waitress was nice and food was good

I traveled 30 miles out of my way tonight so I could have dinner and a great salad. After 15 years of food and conversations about this very topic, I was convinced that everything would be right, especially if I stressed the subject with both the waitress and the Manager. I was very, very wrong. The Waitress was clueless and the Manager couldn't care less. It was simple: I ordered a chicken parmigiana with pasta, and stressed to both that I wanted the pasta cooked al dente. The waitress had no clue what that meant and the Manager said he would get it done right and didn't. The pasta was limp and lifeless and the chicken was burnt.



Why this means so much to me is because I am of the opinion that every meal is potentially my last. So this wasn't asking for much. After so many years in business, one would think you would hire competent people who knew the ins and the outs of culinary traditions. Well, not so. We have had this conversation in the past, and it was corrected.

Ok well this steak house isn't fair when it comes to their employes it seems that this place is lousy when it comes to keeping their employees because I do know of a sertain employee and now they are in a law suit for doing it to one of their employees and not only that but I personaly know of a certain employee that just got fired. For being late to work when he called in and told them that he would be late coming into work on a certain day after working for them for eight months of never being late for work just because he had car trouble he was late on that day so they turned around and fired him so I wouldn't eat there just because they can't treat their employees right so I give them double no stars because of this situation so I hope that you choose not to eat their eigtheir just because of the reason I mentioned above.....

This place must have gotten better over the years. the food there is great! the salad bar us absolutely amazing, best I've ever had. and you must try their fruit tea! you'll love it! its my favorite, I come here just for it. also, the service is great. the servers are nice. one of my favorite restaurants!

My family and I ate at Legands 1-22-10 for my first time. We all ordered catfish and I can say that it was the best that I have ever eaten at a restaurant (The portions were great - 2 ordered small platter and 2 ordered large platter, and we all took some home!)! The onion rings, cole slaw, and steamed veggies which were great too! The bread was hot and delicious. It's great to know that Smyrna has an AWESOME restaurant - fair prices, great atmosphere, great service and amazingly great food.
