DON'T BUY HERE!!!



I had a landscaper locate this nursery and select (6) trees. I called and paid for them over the phone. The following weekend I realized these were the wrong type of trees. I called this nursery and told them what I needed and they said they didn't have them and I'd have to call back and speak to the owner about getting a refund. I did so and the owner reluctantly agreed to refund what I'd spent on the trees but said that he wasn't sure how to run the credit on his machine. He said he'd call me back once he figured it out. I didn't hear back from him so I went to their store the next day. He then tells me that they don't do refunds and I can only have an in-store credit even though I NEVER TOOK POSSESSION OF THESE TREES. He said they would have gotten me the right trees. I'd already given them that opportunity as I'd asked his employee and had been told they didn't have them. I explained that I had to purchase them elsewhere as I had people coming to do the work the previous day. He refused to make this right. He told me he would over the phone, didn't call me back as promised and then changed his story when I went to see him. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!
