Hurrying to get into work in the rain, I locked my keys in my husband's truck. Gold Street Towing was sent by my roadside assistance plan. Even though the weather was bad, Wade arrived before the estimated time. He was very professional, courteous and understanding of my error. Wade unlocked the car and brought the keys into my office in just a few minutes. Thank you!

Gold Street Automotive may have been worthy of 5 stars a while back, but not any longer in my opinion. I took my Impala in for repairs about a month ago for it dieing in traffic suddenly with no warnings. After fixing my coolant system, they could not say if that was the problem or not. They did say however to bring it back in a week if that did not solve the issues. In less than 48 hours my car nearly full on died while driving on I-24!! I was so angry. Took it elsewhere, and found out it was really a major oil leak hitting the manifold that could have caused my car to go up in flames with me in it. WHAT!!! I will never use this place again and will warn everyone I know to AVOID Gold Street.
