Go ahead and take you dry cleaning here if you want your clothes to be shrunk! The manager will tell you it's the maker of the clothes fault and to go to them for assistance! WOW is all I can say. The owner has no sense of customer service, blaming the customer for his mistake. If I can keep even one customer from going there, this post has done it's job. Don't believe me? Take some cotton shirts there for dry cleaning and see what happens... By the way this is my first EVER business review - I felt it a disservice to the community if I didn't share this interaction.
