I dined at Lime and decided to try a regular frozen Margarita for five bucks. If I had a driver, I would have had two, because it was one of the best I've had. Jessica, the waitress, shared how they made them, no pre-packaged mixes used here, all home-made with fresh lime. This upscale restaurant was hip and urban, for the sports fans there are a couple of flat screens to keep up with the scores. I sat at the bar and had a great view of everything coming from the open kitchen. All of the plates were gorgeous and nothing stayed on the counter long as there was a manager hustling to get orders to tables right away. I ordered tacos, two catfish and one shrimp. The catfish tacos were good, but the grilled shrimp one was fabulous! Instead of the unhealthy refried beans, Lime serves charro beans and cilantro rice, both full of flavor. The entire bar staff was friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely dine here again.
