Absolutely worse place I have ever lived. I will explain why I have one star for everything.



Parking: Parking lines are faded. You dont have a designated parking spot. People park wherever they want meaning you might have to walk a few hundred feet to your apartment. If you can not see the faded parking lines and park improperly, they will tow your car without notice.



Noise: Alot of people with subwoofers in their cars blasting music throughout the night.



Grounds: Landscaping is horrible, looks attractive for wild animals. Big pot holes in parking areas will mess up your cars suspension.



Safety: They claim to monitor the cameras watching the gates, but people let groups of people through the gates all the time. Takes forever for gates to close so people just follow into the complex, no security.



Construction: They do the cheapest job they possibly can everywhere they can.



Maintenance: You have to speak with the head manager who does not come in everyday to get anything done. Leasing office employees will tell you they are listening and will get the problem fixed, NEVER have I had them take care of anything the first time going to them. I either have to call and physically go to the leasing office or threaten to end my lease to get anything done.



Staff: Once you sign your lease, the staff turns evil. They are extremely unhelpful, extremely rude, and very unknowledgable about anything you ask. Everyone knows to skip the bull and try to talk to the head manager.



Overall: BED BUGS, FULL SIZE ROACHES, LARGE RATS, STRAY CATS, SEWER BACK UP, LEAD BASED PAINT, SCANDALOUS TOWING POLICIES, UNHELPFUL STAFF, EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY APARTMENT. It seems like a deal because you're living in Smyrna, but its the worse place you could live in Smyrna.
