I brought one pair of dressed women's loafers and dressed shoes to Paul and his Uncle Jeybes to repair. My dressed loafers need to be resoled and my other pair needed to be stretched to be more comfortable. Paul reassured me that my shoes could be repaired and would be guaranteed to be like new. I thought my loafers were unfix-able and need to be returned to Naturalizer. I was relieved he could repair my shoes. Jeybes explained how shoes were made and how the common wear and tear happens over time. He not only explained but, show me examples. He showed me how he repaired multiple shoes, so I could understand better. I am very happy to have both my shoes repaired and they are more comfortable. Thank, Stacey Hall
