My sideview mirror was broken through use of their carwash and they absolutely refused to pay or provide contact information for the owner. They told me because my car was over 5 years old I had used their carwash at my own risk. Its a 2008 Honda in excellent condition prior to using the deathtrap they call a car wash. Worst customer service ever!

Damaged my trunk and denied it. Trying to find the owner or insurance company they use to file a claim.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Did $1200 worth of damage to my hood with their employee breaking their policy and running a push broom over my hood! They admitted fault and wanted to try and buff it out (again proving they were at fault). When that failed they asked me to go get quotes. I went and got one, which is all that is required by law in the state of Georgia. They said it was high and asked me to get another, which I did. When that one came in higher they finally returned my call (which never happened before, I always had to drive there in order to get someone to talk to me) they told me they don't believe they are responsible for ANY damage! Really then why did you buff my car and ask for quotes. Only take you car there if you want it damaged by their own employees breaking their own policies and not taking responsibility for it.

They destroyed our tire and refuse to pay for it! $300 to fix what THEY did to a NEW TIRE!
