My experience with this company was referred by HSA Home Warranty. The tech sent to my home was "Scott". This man has a very unprofessional and has a poor attitude. I advised that our thermostat was not functioning and no heat was working. The tech took a quick look and came back stating the thermostat needed to be replaced. I advised him I was aware of that because the thermostat was blank. I asked him if he can check to see if the heating system was functioning. Scott proceeding to become argumentative stating " He couldnt check the heating system if the thermostat isnt working." This is not true and I let him know my system wasnt blowing warm heat and only cold air. After stating my concerns the tech went and checked the heating system. He returned with a diagnostic of Bad control board, Bad air filter, and bad thermostat. If I would not have pressed the issued my heating system would not have been accessed when my original call was regarding my heat. My family including small children are very uncomfortable and were relying on the professionalism of this company for assistance. I would never recommend them for any family or friend.

The tech arrived at an orderly fashion. But, his attitude was poor. Explained the situation to the tech named Scott. He looked at my a/c unit and told me that I need a leak check. I asked is there any way I can move this process any faster. His response was if I want faster I need to call another company because they are a small company and it will take time. I should not expect them to come back until next week if that. Mind you I had to use them because of AHS. Horrible service...

Tech was aloof and appeared to be annoyed to be working on a Saturday. He looked at my heater for maybe 20min tops, said it just needs to be cleaned and my home warranth doesn't cover it. I called to ask for a second opinion but the warrany company can't schedule it until the tech submits the paperwork! Unprofessional. It should have been submitted the same day. My house is still cold becasue that dude refused to listen to still. Mason Mechanical just got my deductible money and jetted. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I also had to use this company because of the AHS warranty company. The technician was very rude and arrived angry because he couldn't find the house, which was clearly marked. He then asked if I was related to someone he knew. I said that I was and he then spent five minutes looking at my heater and reported to the AHS company that the broken heater equipment was not considered "normal wear and tear". I asked him what he meant by that and he said he didn't know what happened to it but it wasn't normal! What does that even mean? A second contractor had to be dispatched. I will never use this company and I will share this information with anyone and everyone who will listen. Don't do it!!

Called on a Saturday evening as prompted by my home warranty company. Received a call back from the office Monday around 11am. Tech arrived Wednesday within scheduled time and was able to fix the problem in 10 mins or so (burnt wire and capacitor replacement) Pleased with the customer service and efficiency of the technicians

Company used due to home warranty only!!!!! The service technician was not friendly at all. He was was stand offish and a bit rude. He looked at the unit briefly; spoke down to me like I was not smart enough to work the thermostat properly; then said "you're going to be without a/c for a long time" "I'm done here" and collected his things and started walking out. I said "what's the plan to get it fixed?" He ran down a script about the secretary making some calls and then calling me to schedule to have a motor replaced. Was he really going to leave without giving me some kind of follow up plan? He didn't remember me or at least he didn't show it, but I certainly remembered him from a previous visit where he was equally as short and dismissive as he was on this visit! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Unprofessional rudest technician. Had to use them due to warranty contract did not even check the unit, said it was the way my house was built and left. Save your money and pay a real company.

Extremely rude and ignorant service technician. Seemed to have very little knowledge about hvac. Was there for 10 minutes said he didn't know what the problem was, collected his check and left.

Extremely rude service technicians. Paid 3rd visit and told my daughter in law I don't know what is wrong. Call somebody else. Always seem to get answering machine. Don't use this Company.
