I had surgery on my veins. I needed to wear compression stockings for 2 weeks. I had the stockings already, but I needed the apparatus that helped put them on. They didn't have it in the store. We ordered one. They told us it would be shipped to them in about 5 days and we would pick it up. We said ok. They let us use the one in the store until we got ours. We paid them and went home. We kept calling to see if it came in and they said no, not yet. This went on for almost 2 months! I could have ordered it on the internet and received it faster. Yes, they loaded me theirs, but I wanted and paid for a brand new one. The whole experience was just horrible.

I really appreciate the time spent making sure I was happy and comfortable with what I needed to heal quickly after my shoulder surgery.
