Beware, as they will quote you a number and then have you pay something different due to "unforeseen circumstances". Had them install a new pool for me with a heater. They charged $1000 just to install the heater, which is basically 2 PVC pipes. The electrical work and gas work for the heater I paid separately to the electrician and plumber. They also had us pull all our own permits which was time consuming and not something that I'd expect when paying $28,000. Lastly, they charged us $1800 for gravel and trucking. They didn't remove any dirt from the site, they just dumped it in my woods and that's about 4 times the actual cost of gravel around here. I'm sure other pool companies pull this stuff all the time, but they had to know that they would need processed gravel for backfill and it should have been included in the quote. I feel ripped off, and that overall, they were an amateur operation.

This company is the only company that helped me get my filter up and working when even the pool company who installed my pool (sterling Pools, enterprises xx beware of themxxx ) wouldn't come back after taking my 50k for the pool. But Millennium went above and beyond and helped me out... since then ive had them do my closing and will also hire to reopen the pool HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've been waiting for 10 months for them to remove the huge rocks they left in my yard after they installed a pool for me. They promised they would come back with bobcat and take care of it. I was patient because it was their busy season but 10 months? Come on! There were also parts they didn't install. They probably didn't think it was a big deal because the parts were for aesthetic reasons but they were part of the install I payed for. also, they didn't show up on the original install date and they never called! My kids were devastated the pool the expected that day would be delayed 2 weeks. Not to mention I rearranged my own schedule to be there for that particular day.
