Was recommended to this company, but the company did not deliver. In fact, the products installed were not the ones requested and the service performed not as expected. Service was inadequate because knowing the problem the company was not willing to substitute the product nor find any other reasonable solutions. The staff ignored various requests to contact me for an alternate solution. Disappointed because when negotiating their contract, the staff promised expertise in an area in which later they said they can't provide service since they knew little about that particular energy efficient product. The company did not seek a satisfactory resolution to their failure in performing as promised. The staff seemed to care very little about customer sastifaction. The experience was a total disapointment.

Terrible service, staff has attitude, did not answer our messages. They promised an energy efficient system for our new built house, said they knew how to install and service the NEST theremostats but these were all empty promises just to get our business. A total regret.
