Paul installed our pool as part of our new home construction. My main compliant is the quality of the deck work. It had several low and uneven places where water and trash pools and makes it hard to clean. Paul sent a worker back to fix a few of the places but they are still bad. The pool plumbing was also installed too close to the ground making if extremely difficult to clean the salt cell monthly without totally dissembling the entire coupling. When I called back, my calls were ignored for weeks and when I complained to the BBB his response was that he had no idea of my problems. The BBB wanted me to agreed to clear the complaint if he would contact me. I said I would clear the complaint when the issues were fixed so they closed out the complaint anyway. Quality of the finish work and service after installation are why Paul gets 2 stars. I would not recommend Paul Camp Pools!
