I give the 5 stars to the manager Kim C.She helped me out with an incident I had with the unprofessional manager Ryan. He said he was the highest manager there (Lie) so I had to go to customer service to get another manager since he didn’t want to help me. He treated me like a second class citizen and didn’t let me get a word out. There was an advertisement for Halloween candy and the dubble bubble box had bats and Halloween theme and he argued and said it wasn’t Halloween candy even though it says it’s 75 percent off. He didn’t want to give me the deal. Also the girl at the pay it yourself named Jessica was also rude to me. I even told her I was sorry for inconveniencing her. She just rolled her eyes. Again 5 stars thanks to a blessing for Kim C the manager. I have called corporate office to complain about Ryan. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I let corporate office know how sweet and professional Kim C was with me and how she handled the whole situation. She actually heard me and let me speak unlike Ryan who didn’t let me get a word in. I guess Ryan thought I was just going to leave after he said he was the only main manager there. I’m not naive, he didn’t know who I was and that I actually advocate for others so of course I advocate for myself when needed. He needs to be careful how he speaks to customers because like me, I don’t tolerate it one bit! He kept trying to make me angry instead of helping me. Which it wasn’t working so he was getting angry instead. He said he wasn’t going to argue over some bubble gum! I said no one s arguing for bubble gum. However, he wouldn’t even let me finish speaking. He made it seem like I was worked up and yelling when I was calm & collective. Either way, he’s been reported.

This is the worst Wal-Mart I've ever seen every one was rude or to busy talking seems like there was only one person working and she was an angel thank you miss monica I feel sorry for you

Sales people are rude, prices are terrible, gimmicks are false. Price matching is like cutting red tape. The customer has been forgotten in favor of the all-mighty $.
