Superior service showed up to my home in less than 3 hours from my emergency call to get a bathtub installed. They quickly quoted me a fair price and then finished the work the following morning in no time. There were several obstacles to my tub installation and they handled them professionally and my tile installation was back on track before noon that day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help.

I have used Superior AC as my “go to” AC and heating service for many years. That has now ended. Their repairs and maintenance are on a par with many others. However, after questioning the amount of a bill by contacting them five times, I have been met with stony silence. I was quoted a labor rate of $75 per hour, and an estimated repair time of up to six hours. The repair took a little over three hours, but I was still billed $450. As I said, I’ve tried to contact Herman, the owner, five times over the past two weeks to work this out, with no response. There are too many competitors out there that provide better customer care. I suggest you try one of them, rather than Superior AC.

Superior did some a/c and electric work for me over the last year, and its time I left a review for them. All I can say is they did a very professional job and I am totally satisfied with their work.

Very courteous and thorough, explained everything to me so I could fully understand. Will be calling them again in the future for any a/c or electric work I need done !! Thanks Superior !!!
