I went with a friend of mine to look at some apartments in Slidell, La and they were nice. The property manager met us at a couple different ones and she was so professional. The apartments looked fresh and well taken care of. I would recommend anyone that is looking to check out Southern Breeze Apartments.

This is a great apartment community, well maintained with amazing views! The manager was very friendly, and down to earth. The maintenance staff is very attentive and friendly. They are always checking to make sure myself and other tenants are taken care of.

Great service and great background checks. I love the security of knowing I have good neighbors. On staff maintenance is on top of any problems. I love the 24 hour answering service!!

Mice, mice & more mice...I explained this to the manager and she promptly hung the phone up on me!!! VERY RUDE PERSON... when she is there. No return calls, never at the place of business! I found an old rat trap underneath the refrigerator; so this is not a new problem. Several residents have complained of the same problems and others. One lady fell down the stairs due to lack of lighting. She broke several bones and is out of work. It was a couple of months before they fixed the lighting. (after the lady filed a law suit!) These problems combined with break-ins, overpricing and lack of management will drive you to find other options.
