Unqualified: doesn't know how to do the repairs needed.
Unprofessional: will accept payment and promise to solve the issue but when the repair fails, he will disappear, not return as promised and not answer phone calls.

Provided by YP.comWe had a 2:00 pm appointment, Nathan called said it would be more like 3:00 pm, then called at 3:20, said he was a half hour away, then called again at 3:50 pm said he could not come, his girlfriend needed a ride, we asked if he could come after that, he said he was celebrating his 47th birthday, we asked for him to be here by 8 am the next morning, he replied it would be more like 10 or 11. We told him to forget it. We have been without our refrigerator since Saturday night.
