you can buy the same motorbike on the Internet for half the price then dealing with them idiots at Harley Davison all they going to do is take you through as much money as they can get from you.buy from private owners and I guarantee you how early we charging over 30,000 for that way you can get it from a private owner from 15 to 20000 i've been buying Harleys for years never ever buy one from a Harley dealer.

Description of Complaint:

On Friday, November 7, I contacted Northshore Harley Davidson to inquire whether or not the 2013 Harley-Davidson Touring CVO Road Glide Anniversary FLTRXSE2 advertised for $27,656.00 was still available. I spoke with Courtney who verified the price as $27,656.00 from their website and advised me that the motorcycle was still available. I advised Courtney that my husband and I would drive down to Louisiana from Atlanta to purchase the bike for my husband as a gift. I gave Courtney my name and number and she advised me to ask for three VIP managers (whomever was available). The motorcycle was on Northshore Harley-Davidson website for $27,656. The print out I have that was printed a few days prior also reflected the bike price at $27,656. After about 15 minutes after speaking with Courtney, she contacted me back, stating she had some bad new; that the bike was mis-priced on the website and that the correct price for the bike was $33,995. I advised Courtney that the bike was still on the website for $27,656, and it was unethical to switch the current advertised price. I called back and asked for a manager, and was given the General Manager (at least that is what he called himself) as I was told by the operator that the owner nor the General Manager was onsite. I explained the situation to the gentlemen and he advised me that the price on the website was incorrect and quoted me a higher price ($34,000). I asked for a higher authority but he told me he was the General Manager onsite. I telephoned the store back and left my number for both the owner and the store manager.

The 2013 Harley Davidson Touring CVO Road Glide Anniversary FLTRXSE2 motorcycle should be sold for what it was advertised for on Northshore Harley Davidson's website - $26,656.

I had a great experience buying a used bike from them. I will be back when I am ready to get something new.
