Can't comment on the validity of whywhywhy1's experience with company- customer or company's fault- but can testify to her remarks on owner's spouse after dealing with her briefly while searching for a good window company: Vile and miserable woman. One to avoid if at all possible, unless blind unwarranted hostility sounds good, or perhaps masochism. Deterred me 100% from using them, regardless of the quality of the company's service.

I used Liberty after Katrina for repairs. They were always efficient and pleasant. I recently had them install replacement windows. The installers were prompt. The workmanship, excellent. After the job was complete, the owners came over and checked each window carefully for any errors. Very satisfied.

Terrible work and service!!! The worst attitudes by both owner and spouse. Absolutely the worst siding company in Louisiana, by experience unfortunately!
